  • free on-site parking,

  • plenty of rooms to book your accommodation at the hotel and stay where the fun is,

  • decent connection with the city center by public transport,

  • only 4km away from the Chopin Airport, with a free shuttle bus.

Getting There

Warsaw Plaza Hotel
5 Łączyny Str.
02-820 Warszawa

By Airplane

If you land at Chopin Airport, you have several options:

  • by shuttle —(bus shuttle obviously, not the space one) provided the Warsaw Plaza Hotel if you're staying with them. Contact the hotel directly to arrange your shuttle transfer.

  • by cab —should take 10 minutes tops and cost no more than PLN 20-25. Just make sure you take one of the official cabs, standing right outside of the Arrivals exit of the terminal. There are clear signs leading from the Baggage Clams to the official taxi stop.

  • by public transport—the bus 148 will take you straight from the airport to the venue. Get off at stop Hołubcowa in Poleczki street and walk a few minutes northwards along Gonionego and Łączyny streets until you see the hotel.

If you arrive at Modlin Airport, your first step is to get to Warszawa and the best way is to take the Koleje Mazowieckie bus to the train station in Modlin, and then train to Warszawa Centralna. You can buy the ticket for this route in the machines standing right next to the baggage carousels. One ticket allows you to ride both the bus and train. You could also take the ModlinBus shuttle which saves you the transfer (though may often be slower) and will also get you near the Warszawa Centralna station. From Warszawa Centralna see the section below "By Train".

By Car

Driving along the Poleczki street turn north into Gonionego/Wyczółki and then into Łączyny street. You'll see the hotel right away on your left-hand side.

The hotel has an underground parking for 64 cars, with the entrance from the rear side of the building, and more parking space around the venue. You're free to use either for the duration of the conference.

By Train

You're likely to arrive at Warszawa Centralna station, or (if you're on one of the suburban trains) Warszawa Śródmieście. From either of those, walk to the Metro Centrum station, take the subway train in the direction of Kabaty, get off at Wilanowska station and at the bus terminal there take bus 165 until its last stop Wyczółki, which is adjacent to the hotel.

By Public Transport

From wherever you are, find your way to the Wilanowska metro station and bus terminal. There take the bus 165 until its last stop Wyczółki, which is adjacent to the hotel.

See the Warszawa section of the website for practical information about using public transport in the city.
